AI implementation consultingfor businesses
Sentria helps companies implement artificial intelligence in the workflows they run every day. We train teams, embed AI into specific processes, and build custom solutions when a workflow calls for it. We are based in Guadalajara, Mexico, and work remotely and on-site with teams in other countries, at a fraction of typical U.S. consulting rates. Every engagement starts from a baseline and ends with measured impact.

What does AI implementation actually mean?
It is not buying a tool or receiving a plan on paper. It means taking a specific workflow, such as order entry, contract review, or reporting, and getting it running with AI in your team's day-to-day work.
Start with the workflow, not the tool
We first find where time, margin, or capacity is being lost. Then we choose the technology.
Built with the people who use it
Sessions are hands-on. Each one ends with something built, tested, and documented.
Measured against a baseline
We define metrics before we start and compare results at handoff.
Three ways to implement AI with Sentria
Depending on where your company is today, we recommend one of these paths. Many teams start with the first and move to the next.
AI Training
Two two-hour sessions, virtual or on-site, built around your team's own files and workflows. Everyone leaves with a well-configured account and something working.
2 two-hour sessions · Custom quote
AI Adoption & Implementation Program
We embed AI into real workflows with production-ready tools. Each workflow has a designated champion on your team.
4 to 6 weeks · 3 workflows in parallel
Custom AI Solutions
We turn business rules, data, and critical workflows into software built for your operation, integrated with your files, ERP, or databases.
Business case first · Deployment and measurement
Methodology: from assessment to measured impact
The same method guides every engagement, with the depth each workflow requires.
How to identify which workflows to automate- 01
Assessment and baseline
We review the current workflow with its owner, align on scope, define impact metrics, and clarify exactly what AI needs to do.
Deliverable: Workflow map and opportunity definition.
- 02
Guided prototype
In a hands-on session we choose the right tool or architecture, build the first version, and test it against real cases.
Deliverable: Working first version and output specification.
- 03
Calibration in real use
We review the solution while the team uses it, capture friction, and refine it until the output is reliable.
Deliverable: Log of changes and decisions.
- 04
Handoff and measurement
We confirm the workflow is operating as intended, measure impact against the baseline, and identify where to replicate it.
Deliverable: User guide and impact report.
What an implementation delivers
- Workflow map, scope, and impact metrics.
- Solutions tested against real, day-to-day cases.
- Documentation: instructions, user guides, and output specifications.
- An impact report comparing before and after.
- For custom solutions: working software, documented business rules, and agreed integrations.

AI implementation FAQ
What does an AI implementation partner actually do?
It takes a business workflow from assessment to day-to-day operation with AI: finds where the impact is highest, builds and tests the solution with the people who will use it, documents how it works, and measures results against the starting baseline. It goes beyond recommending tools.
Where should a company start with AI implementation?
With a 30-minute discovery call. We review one specific workflow and tell you honestly whether it is worth automating and which starting point fits best: training the team, embedding AI into specific workflows, or building a custom solution.
How long does it take to implement AI in a workflow?
It depends on the starting point. Training is two two-hour sessions. The AI Adoption Program delivers production-ready workflows in 4 to 6 weeks, working on 3 workflows in parallel. Custom solutions are planned in phases once the business case and scope are defined.
Do we need an in-house technical team?
Not for training or the AI Adoption Program: we work with generative AI tools your team can already use, such as ChatGPT or Claude. For a custom solution, we coordinate with whoever manages the systems, files, or databases that need to be integrated.
How are results measured?
Before building anything, we set a baseline and impact metrics for the workflow, such as time, errors, or capacity. At handoff, we compare against that baseline and deliver an impact report.
Do you work with companies in the United States?
Yes. Sentria is based in Guadalajara, Mexico, and we work remotely and on-site with teams in other countries. Because our team is based in Mexico, our pricing is typically well below that of a U.S.-based consultancy. Each engagement is quoted based on scope, format, and location.
